spit out your energy drink!

According to a new study done in England, if you swirl an energy drink(or vitamin water) in your mouth and then spit it out your workout improves without you actually having to work out any harder.

"Sugars – carbohydrates – in liquids such as energy drinks fire receptors in the mouth which stimulate the brain to increase output"
